Orders can be placed with GoPoolandSpa.com 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. All orders are shipped from Tucson, Arizona. Shipments are made on business days only, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 8:00pm (Eastern), 8:00am to 7:00pm (Central), 7:00am to 6:00pm (Mountain), and 6:00am to 5:00pm (Pacific). Upon the completion of your web purchase, we will send you an email confirming your order.
US Shipping
Default shipping for all US orders is FedEx 2-Day service for a flat rate of $9.85 US. Orders over $150.00 US qualify for free ground freight (applies only to the 48 contiguous states). Nearly all products qualify (see exceptions below).
Processing time is required for each order and is generally done the same day, but depending on how late in the day an order is placed, shipment could be delayed until the next day. Leave yourself 3 full business days to be safe. Some situations may prevent speedy processing of your order after it is placed and will require contact before shipment takes place. Examples of this are expired or incorrect credit card numbers, improper address information, or special shipping conditions, etc. Exceptions: Certain large or heavy items may be subject to additional shipping charges, these are variable depending on the shipping address and size and weight of your order. You will be advised of this situation via phone or email after ordering such an item if there will be a fee involved.Canadian Shipping
Default shipping for all Canadian orders is USPS Priority Mail International, 6-10 Day service for a flat rate of $29.00 US. All products qualify regardless of weight or size. Go Pool & Spa is not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs.
Orders shipped to Canada do not qualify for the Free Shipping discount. Receiver is responsible for any duty, taxes or other handling fees.Scheduling Delivery
Depending on the shipment, you may receive a call to schedule the date and time for delivery of your freight. You must be present to sign for the delivery. If you instruct the trucker to make a delivery without being present, you will be liable for any damaged or lost merchandise. If you refuse delivery on the scheduled date/time, you may incur extra charges for redelivery and storage costs.
Inspecting and Accepting
All shipments become the property of the customer once picked up by the carrier. You will not be compensated for any lost or damaged products that you accept and sign for. Damage to product or packaging must be reported within five days of receipt of shipment to GoPoolandSpa.com. If a shipment is damaged, we strongly recommend documenting this fact at the time of receipt with digital photography so that we may effectively advocate on your behalf with the carrier.
You can accept a delivery as long as your follow these instructions carefully:
- Make sure the number of pieces that arrive match the number of pieces listed on the Bill of Lading. If not, please note the correct number on the Bill of Lading.
- Check to see if any of the shrink wrap or taping has been used, is torn or damaged. If so, note this on the Bill of Lading.
- Remove any wrapping and check for opened or damaged boxes. Please note any visible damage to boxes. Please note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading. Take a photo of any visible damage.
Late Deliveries
Shipments may at times be delivered late due to exceptions beyond the carrier's control such as inclement weather, no access to delivery location, and so on. In these cases, freight will not be refunded by the carrier or by GoPoolandSpa.com. If a package is delivered late due to mistakes made by the carrier, only the freight amount will be refunded to you by the carrier and by GoPoolandSpa.com. Service and handling fees will not be refundable in any case.
